A pacing tool for crew — works fully offline (built for a phone at an aid station with no signal). Enter your runner's goal finish time to get a predicted arrival at every aid station with a typical range. As the race unfolds, type in their actual arrival times; the plan re-projects the finish and the stations still ahead from the pace they're actually holding.
Times are clock time; the race starts 05:00, "+1" marks the second day. All years 2016–2025 are pooled (finishers only) to learn each leg's typical pacing; station or cohort groups with fewer than 5 finishers are not shown. The Excel download carries the same live formulas — enter a goal (and actuals) in the workbook and it recomputes exactly like this page. This page and the workbook are self-contained and need no network.
